Backorders
Whilst McGuirks Golf carries a
large stock of golf equipment and clothing there will be occasions when the item
you order will be temporarily out of stock. We will immediately notify you, by
e-mail, if this occurs and you will have two choices
- If you wish to proceed with
the order we will place a special order for the product with our suppliers
and ship it immediately upon receipt
- If you wish to receive a
refund we will immediately process this and issue a refund through your
credit card.
Returns
McGuirks Golf will not accept
returns for used golf equipment unless it is deffective. Once equipment or
clothing has been used or worn it is no longer considered new. You may return
new equipment or clothing within 10 days of purchase, by contacting McGuirks
Golf at +353 1 8393895 and arranging the return. McGuirks Golf will refund the
full transaction amount including shipping.
Warranty
Golf equipment and clothing
purchased from McGuirks Golf is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty
policy. Decisions regarding the replacement of defective equipment will be taken
by the representative of the manufacturer and not McGuirks Golf.
Equipment which proves to be
defective within 30 days of purchase will be picked up from you free of charge
and a replacemnet club shipped to you free of charge, provided the
manufacturer's representative agrees that the equipment is defective.
After 30 days has expired you
are responsible for the shipping fees incurred in returning the equipment to
McGuirks Golf. Again, once it has been determined that the product is defective
the club will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's
policy. McGuirks Golf will then ship the replaced / repaired equipment to you
free of charge.
