L.A.B Golf Mezz.1 Max Putter Gents RH
L.A.B. Golf putters are a pretty unique category in putting—very different from traditional designs—so it’s worth breaking them down properly: the technology, main models, and the Press grip system (which is a big part of how they work).
Core concept behind L.A.B. putters
The entire brand is built around one idea: Lie Angle Balance (L.A.B.).
- Traditional putters twist (torque) during the stroke
- L.A.B. putters are engineered to eliminate torque completely
- This keeps the face square to the path without manipulation
In simple terms:
You don’t have to “hold the face square” - the putter does it for you.
- This is achieved through shaft position + lie angle + head weighting
- The putter balances so it naturally returns square through impact
MEZZ.1 MAX resembles a normal winged-mallet putter, but it doesn’t play that way. Because it has Lie Angle Balance, it actually makes putting more fun.
MEZZ.1 MAX Stock is fully CNC machined from a billet of 6061 aircraft aluminum (body) and 303 stainless steel (midsection) to create outrageous stability. It includes 8 weights on the bottom that allow us to individually build each putter to a golfer’s exact specifications.
